download (1)I am a life and relationship coach with an MBA who trains, assesses, facilitates, builds teams and coaches. My specialty is leadership. Click here for my resume. I train leaders to motivate, inspire, direct and hold themselves and others accountable for maintaining high standards. I train groups and teach them communication concepts, conflict resolution, customer service, and how to adapt to change.

I have standard leadership development workshops that I present routinely, but I also enjoy creating customized training to meet an organization’s specific needs.

I Collaborate with Businesses to:

  • Identify challenges and create solutions.
  • Evaluate communication techniques and leadership culture.
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of individuals and groups using 360° assessments, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a team assessment.
  • Implement solutions from the top down through training and coaching.

I facilitate discussions on tough issues. To “facilitate” means to make things easier. I have tools and concepts that create a positive space to discuss differences of opinion in a way that builds relationships and strengthens organizations. I also train leaders to facilitate difficult discussions for the good of the business or group.

I work with teams to create a culture of positivity. An increase in positivity results in increased productivity and efficiency. Positivity also contributes to high morale and a healthy work environment. Teams need a sense of shared purpose, resources to achieve their goals, and tools to get the through the inevitable conflicts that arise from individuals seeing different paths to the same goals.

Coaching is about changing behavior which can be quite difficult. I coach individuals, groups, and teams who want to improve. I don’t mean a small “let’s get a little better” improvement. I mean a huge, heartfelt, “I want to get HERE” jump to a place that feels wonderful and a little unreachable. There is no sense in putting a lot of money and effort into “a little better.” If we work, we work for exceptional – the exceptional life, business situation, relationship, or team.
